At Med Bill Service medical billing service we provide you with a comprehensive billing service with no additional charges, solely based on a percentage of the monthly collections.
- PM Software: We provide an easy to learn cloud based practice management software to all of our clients. Providing you with online anywhere access to your patient scheduling and demographics. If you currently have one that you prefer, no problem, we will work with you to create a system that works.
- Electronic Claims: Our team will review and post your charges on daily basis sending claims electronically for a faster reimbursement.
- Claims Management: We review all claims for missing modifiers, incorrect billing issues, missing authorizations and data entry errors from entering patient intake forms reducing claim denials where they start. Our service will manage and provide your office with information on these claims denials.
- Payments EOB / ERA: Payments will be posted electronically or manually as they are received and are deposited on a daily basis. Med Bill Service utilizes electronic posting when available to process insurance payments faster. This allows your patient to receive a statement regarding their balance normally within one month from their visit. We are proud to be a paperless company and will utilize our software system to keep copies of all the EOBs and ERAs safe.
- Statements / Collections: At Med Bill Service statements are sent weekly. This allows for a faster patient reimbursement for you. We will follow-up with any late payments via phone, email and letters.
- Patient Inquires: We provide our phone number for patient questions related to their outstanding balance and to make financial arrangements for a balance owed.
- AR / Reporting: Our software will track all claims until they are paid. It provides an effective dashboard for easy management of the accounts receivable. The dashboard and reporting options are available to you or your support team when using our PM software. We also provide monthly reports to you on the status of your practice.
- Credentialing: We provide our clients with credentialing as needed and can manage it on a yearly basis for you. Credentialing is an extremely important step of getting insurance reimbursements. It's a takes time and the ability to track the necessary updates. Without updated credentialing there would be no insurance reimbursements.
Data Conversion
At Med Bill Service we want to keep your monthly out of pocket expense low, therefore, we have decided to charge a separate one time fee to transfer your records from a current billing company to ours. We will make the transfer easy for you.
Transcription
We understand the demands of a busy office and that transcription can save you time. At Med Bill Service we provide transcription as an option at an additional fee. Contact us on rates.
